Abantu benshi bazi ibyiza byo kurya Tungurusumu ku buzima bw’umuntu,aho zishobora gukora nk’umuti ndetse zikaba zanarinda indwara zitandukanye nk’umuvuduko ukabije w’amaraso,Kanseri zitandukanye n’izindi.Ubushakashatsi butandukanye bwagaragaje akamaro gakomeye tungurusumu igirira umubiri.Muri iyi nkuru rero tugiye kurebera hamwe akamaro k’izi nyunganiramirire zikoze muri Tungurusumu ku mubiri w’umuntu.
1. Izi nyunganiramirire zibitsemo intungamubiri nyinshi umubiri ukenera
Niba ukeneye inyunganiramirire ikungahaye ku ntungamubiri z’ubwoko butandukanye,wakoresha iyi tungurusumu kuko ikize ku ntungamubiri z’ubwoko butandukanye nka :

• Vitamin B6
• Vitamin C
• Selenium
